Permanent Cosmetics

Permanent cosmetic makeup is a state of the art form of cosmetic tattooing for faces and bodies. The specialised techniques used for permanent cosmetics are often referred to as “micro-pigmentation”.

Debbie Mcintyre trained in 1987 with world leaders at that time, Reza, the pioneer for this valuable treatment. In 2003 she then went on to train with Nouveau Contour, with Karen Betts and her good friend Bridgette Softley. Debbie now concentrates all of her time on the permanent cosmetics side of her Salon, (Transition), based in Portsmouth. Over her years of improving the lives of others, both men and women, restoring confidence which has been chipped away at for reasons such as illness or age, she has gained a wealth of experience. Also performing paramedical procedures.
